DC ConServ Website and Inquiry Terms
DC ConServ, LLC · Website section updated October 23, 2026
This section explains the scope of dcconserv.com and initial inquiries about trade and corporate licensing support. The separate Optimyze OS Brain agreement below applies to authorized users of that app.
Website information and initial inquiries
The website introduces qualifier placement, licensing coordination and application-support options. Information is general: requirements, qualifying roles and responsibilities vary by trade and jurisdiction. A licensing authority determines eligibility, classifications and licensing decisions.
Submitting an inquiry requests a review of your business needs or placement interests. It does not establish a qualifying-agent, employment or service relationship, reserve availability, authorize an application or payment, or guarantee placement, licensing approval, timing or a business outcome.
Agreeing on work
Any engagement is agreed separately. Before work begins, the parties confirm the scope, provider, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and other applicable service terms. If a third party will process an application or perform other work, its role and the customer’s responsibilities are clarified before that work is authorized. The website inquiry itself does not authorize signatures, filings or agency payments.
Information and communication choices
Provide information you are authorized to share, including relevant trade, state, business needs, deadlines and reply preferences. Do not put passwords, authentication codes, banking details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive records into an inquiry or chat.
DC ConServ uses the supplied contact information and recorded preferences to respond to the request. An inquiry response and permission for recurring marketing are separate. Submitting an inquiry or visiting the website does not by itself enroll someone in recurring marketing.
The Privacy Policy describes website inquiry and chat handling, supporting providers and privacy requests. Questions about an inquiry can be sent to ea@dcconserv.com.
Professional and automated assistance
Website content and any AI-assisted response are initial information, not a licensing decision or a substitute for review by the relevant authority or an appropriately qualified professional. Confirm material requirements and any proposed next action before relying on them for a filing or engagement.

Optimyze OS Brain End-User License Agreement
DC ConServ, LLC — Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
1. Operator and scope
These terms govern authorized use of Optimyze OS Brain, operated by DC ConServ, LLC. The app is currently an internal pilot for DC ConServ business users. By using the app, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where authorized, on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Limited license
DC ConServ grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the app for approved internal business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the app or grant a right to resell it, sublicense access, or make it publicly available. You must use your authorized account, protect sign-in credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access to admin@dcconserv.com.
3. QuickBooks pilot
The initial approved scope is read-only QuickBooks reporting for an authorized DC ConServ company. At the effective date, QuickBooks authorization is pending and content ingestion is off. Features described as planned are not represented as active or available. Only a person with appropriate company authority may authorize a connection. The app’s pilot scope does not permit payments, creation or modification of accounting records, or sending messages to customers.
Production ingestion must remain disabled until the integration has been tested and its data handling documented. Any later expansion requires review of access, storage, retention, deletion, providers, and the applicable privacy disclosure before activation. These terms do not themselves enable a feature or grant access to another company’s records.
4. User responsibilities
Use the app only for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not access data without permission, share access with unauthorized people, interfere with security controls, or attempt to disrupt the service. You remain responsible for the information you provide and for verifying reports against the source accounting system before making decisions. App output is operational assistance, not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
5. Data and third-party services
You retain your rights in your business information. You authorize only the handling necessary for the enabled, approved service as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy explains the pilot’s current limits and how to request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection. QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services governed by their own terms. DC ConServ is responsible for this app; publication of these terms does not imply Intuit approval or endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
The pilot may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. DC ConServ does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free reports, or availability of planned integrations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Suspension, termination, and disconnection
DC ConServ may suspend or end access when authorization ends, these terms are violated, a security issue arises, or the pilot is discontinued. You may stop using the app and request disconnection by contacting admin@dcconserv.com. Where available, an authorized administrator may revoke the connection through QuickBooks. Disconnection and deletion are separate actions; retention and deletion requests are addressed under the Privacy Policy.
8. Updates and contact
Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes to the service or data use will be communicated to affected authorized users before the expanded use is enabled. For questions, support, disconnection, or privacy requests, contact admin@dcconserv.com.
