01 / CLARITY

Understand the scope.

Know what is being reviewed, what information is needed, and which decisions remain outstanding.

02 / STRUCTURE

Define responsibilities.

Discuss the proposed qualifying arrangement, documentation, and ongoing expectations.

03 / COMMUNICATION

Keep the next step visible.

A useful conversation ends with a clear next action, rather than an open-ended handoff.

Nationwide support for businesses and qualifiers.

Businesses come to DC ConServ to find a qualifier, plan a replacement or expand into additional states. Qualified license holders come to us to explore placement opportunities aligned with their trade, licenses, experience and availability. This placement model extends our reach beyond the licenses personally held by our founder.

We assist across all 50 states and multiple trades, including electrical contracting, general contracting, underground utility and specialty work. Each proposed arrangement is reviewed for jurisdiction requirements, responsibilities and available candidates before an engagement is agreed.

Company-led coordination, with a defined scope.

DC ConServ, LLC focuses the conversation on qualifier placement and trade licensing support for businesses and organizations. A first inquiry helps clarify the service requested; it does not create an engagement.

Before work begins, the proposed provider, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and required authorizations are identified. Applicants and qualifying individuals retain their required duties. Licensing decisions belong to the relevant authority.

Already working with an application processor or adviser? We discuss the existing roles first so that coordination does not create competing instructions.

Let’s talk about your next step.

Qualifying roles differ by jurisdiction. Responsible Managing Employee (RME), Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) and qualifying agent describe roles you may encounter; their eligibility and ongoing responsibilities are not interchangeable. DC ConServ reviews the relevant trade, business structure and jurisdiction before discussing a proposed arrangement.
