SERVICE QUESTIONS
Know what to expect.
Why do you ask about our actual scope of work?
A broad label such as utility or specialty may not describe the authorization a particular project requires. The work, location, and classification need to be considered together.
Can one qualifier cover all our specialty work?
That must be assessed for the exact jurisdiction and classifications. We do not promise that one credential or relationship will cover every activity.
What should we bring to the first review?
Provide the work description, state or locality, current licensing situation, and preferred timing. Confidential documents are requested only later through an agreed secure process.
Can you support application and renewal coordination?
Request the scope you need. Preparation, missing-document follow-up, processor coordination, and renewal planning can be scoped separately after the authority and provider responsibilities are confirmed.
Describe the work before the classification.
Utility and specialty requests need a precise description of the proposed work. Tell us what the business intends to perform, where and under which existing classification, if known. Classification questions are reviewed individually; a similar trade name in another jurisdiction does not establish the same authority.
Bring the work description, state and timing. We can identify which questions need clarification before discussing a qualifying arrangement or preparation scope.
Tell us the trade, the location, and the need.

Responsible Managing Employee (RME), Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) and qualifying agent describe roles you may encounter; their eligibility and ongoing responsibilities are not interchangeable. DC ConServ reviews the relevant trade, business structure and jurisdiction before discussing a proposed arrangement.
